Returns Policy

Every product we sell is genuine — never imitation or counterfeit. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

Incorrect item sent, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit — reported within 7 days of delivery or collection.

Unused items in original packaging may be considered for exchange or store credit within 7 days, subject to inspection and approval by AVANRU.

Engraved or customized pens cannot be returned or exchanged once personalization has been completed, unless there is a production error on our side (wrong name, font, or placement vs. your confirmed order).

Opened consumables (e.g. papers used or partially used packs) and items without original packaging are generally not eligible for return.

Approved returns may be exchanged, refunded to your original payment method, or credited — depending on the case and payment status.

Please do not send goods back without confirmation; we will guide you on collection or drop-off at our Kelaniya office when needed.

Genuine Parker pens carry a 3-year international warranty as provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims follow Parker's terms and may require proof of purchase from AVANRU.

Normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered. Contact us and we'll help you with the next steps.
