Terms & Conditions

Avanru International (Pvt) Ltd sells 100% authentic Parker pens, Waterman products, and premium stationery for personal and corporate customers in Sri Lanka.

Registered business address: No. 896, Biyagama Road, Sinharamulla, Kelaniya. Contact: info@avanru.lk · 0112 906438.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details when ordering. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure if you register on our site.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill (for example, stock issues). If payment was already taken, we will refund according to our payment partner’s process.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise. We aim for accuracy but may correct obvious errors.

Stock levels can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, wait, or refund.

Engraving and customization fees are additional and shown before you confirm your order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order (typically after successful payment confirmation).

Online payments are processed securely via PayHere and may include Visa, Mastercard, HelaPay, and other methods offered by PayHere. Card details are handled by PayHere, not stored in full on our servers.

For corporate or bulk purchases, invoicing and bank-transfer arrangements may be agreed separately in writing.

Delivery options and fees are described on our Delivery Info page (https://avanru.lk/shipping). Islandwide delivery currently costs LKR 750; store pickup from our Kelaniya shop is free.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by district, courier capacity, public holidays, or engraving production time.

You must provide a reachable phone number. Failed delivery due to incorrect details may require redelivery at additional cost.

You confirm that engraving text you submit is accurate and that you have the right to use any names or wording requested.

Customized/engraved pens cannot be returned or exchanged once personalization is completed, except where we made an error against your confirmed order details.

Returns and exchanges follow our Returns Policy at https://avanru.lk/returns. Eligible issues (wrong item, defect, transit damage) should be reported promptly with photos and your order number.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, subject to PayHere and bank processing times.

Genuine Parker pens may include a manufacturer warranty (typically 3-year international warranty where applicable). Warranty claims follow Parker’s terms; we will assist with proof of purchase from AVANRU.

Website content, branding, product photography we own, and design elements of avanru.lk are protected. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Parker, Waterman, and other brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, AVANRU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control (including courier delays or force majeure).

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Sri Lanka, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
